Please Note: There is a $25 minimum order requirement for all orders submitted via this website.

Shipping Estimates: For All Orders

For all orders, the actual shipping charge will not be determined until your order ships. All shipping methods are subject to variable shipping costs. Food Concepts, Inc. is not responsible for unexpected shipping charges.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and fulfillment of your order all shipping methods. Expedited methods will be prioritized and processed as quickly as possible, and shipped per the below methods. Please be sure to always complete the "Special Instructions" field for each order with information regarding your requested delivery date.

Long lead times, custom items, oversized items and back-ordered items may not apply to the processing and shipping methods, and will follow a "will ship when ready" protocol.

Prices shown on this website do not include freight. All applicable freight charges are in addition to prices shown and will be billed accordingly.

Credit Card Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

We calculate a shipping estimate during checkout and include that estimate as a part of the funds that are authorized when you pay by credit card. This is an estimate only. Since this charge varies depending on the contents of your order and the delivery location, it will be calculated after your order is submitted; for credit card orders, this means that you will be charged via a separate invoice for this additional freight fee. Expedited Shipping (Notated as "Expedited CC")

2nd day, next day, and other expedited delivery services are available to most locations at an additional cost. Since this charge varies depending on the contents of your order and the delivery location, it will be calculated after your order is submitted; for credit card orders, this means that you will be charged via a separate invoice for this additional freight fee. We will contact you via phone or email with this invoice amount. If you have questions, please call 1-800-419-9324 or email customerservice@foodconcepts.com.

If you require expedited shipping, please make sure to note how you want the order expedited (2nd day, next day, etc.) in the "Special Instructions" field when placing your order. 

Rush Processing/Production*

Your order will be automatically charged a $35.00 Rush Processing Fee ($150 for Rush Production Fee) for prioritizing the processing (or production) of your order above all other active orders (Rush orders will be prioritized in order received by FCI). Rush Processing versus Rush Production will vary based on your item selection. Additionally, if FCI Production assembly time is required to complete your rush request which is not already scheduled and or is otherwise not available, additional fees may be applied for FCI's readjustment of personnel and resources to accommodate your rush request. 
The Rush Processing/Production fee does NOT cover the actual shipping costs and is solely the fee that FCI charges for the Rush Processing or Rush Production of your order. After the rush processing of your order, it will ship via the method you have selected at checkout (notated as Rush Processing Fee + 2-Day Shipping Cost, Rush Processing Fee + Overnight AM Delivery Cost, Rush Processing Fee + Overnight Standard Cost, Rush Processing Fee + Standard Shipping Cost; Rush Production is only available with Standard Shipping Cost). Since the shipping cost varies depending on the contents of your order and the delivery location, it will be calculated after your order is submitted for credit card orders, this means that you will be charged via a separate invoice for this additional freight fee.

Direct Bill / Net 30 Shipping Options

A shipping estimate will not be displayed during checkout. The amount that you will be charged for shipping is determined when your order ships.

  • Standard: Order will ship within an estimated 2 week time period via standard ground services. Ship date subject to availability.
  • Date/Time Request: Your requested delivery date/time, as communicated in the "Special Instructions" will be set as a priority to meet/hit for the delivery date/time for your order. This option overrides all shipping services and chooses the "BEST" option to hit your date. Ship Date is subject to availability.
  • Priority Deliver On / Priority Deliver By: Guaranteed Delivery Date Requests can be made. All Guaranteed Delivery Requests are subject to approval at time of the order. Enter your requested delivery date in the "Special Instructions" field at checkout. Your order will be shipped via the "BEST" method to achieve your delivery date, which may include expedited services. Orders that receive changes after the time of order might affect guaranteed delivery. Requests for refunds if guaranteed delivery delivery dates are not met, are available for review by Food Concepts Inc. Refunds, if granted, are only applicable to the shipping costs and any additional expenses incurred outside of FCI are not FCI's responsibility.
  • RUSH ORDER (Processing/Production)*: Your order will be automatically charged a $35.00 Rush Processing Fee ($150 for Rush Production Fee) for prioritizing the processing (or production) of your order above all other active orders (Rush orders will be prioritized in order received by FCI).   • Direct Bill - Third Party: Use this shipping method when requesting to use a specific carrier or consolidator. When requesting, please specify all contact information for the pick up in the Ship To field in the check out process of the order. 

*Rush Processing/Production is primarily intended to be used for orders with small quantities of items and/or small amounts of labor hours.  Should your order require more than 15 minutes to pull, pack, and ship it is subject to increased charges required for additional coordination and inefficiencies experienced due to re-scheduling processes.

Change Order Requests

We understand that there are times when plans change. Please know we are flexible to accommodate your needs. In certain circumstances, there are costs associated with changes related to restocking, storage, production scheduling conflicts, and resource allocation. In a manufacturing setting, once a project is in motion there are resources applied to that project. Please be mindful of that when placing your order, to ensure you're ready for that process to begin.

If you have an existing order in our system that you'd like to make changes to the Ship To information and/or Requested Delivery Date, use a 'Change Order Request' for processing your change in our system.

Criteria where a Change Order Fee may apply:

  • Your original order was submitted longer than 48 hours ago.
  • Your original order is greater than $1,000.00 in total order value.

As always, we will review special circumstances at your request.

Oversized Shipments

Sometimes product can be very large and/or oddly shaped. In these circumstances, please request shipping estimates in advance if you would like to consider your options for shipping methods. Oversized pallets may be subject to additional fees.

Shipping Damage/Missing Item Policy

If an item is damaged/missing you have 15 days from the day it is received to report a claim. The item must be at the location it was delivered to be in the original packaging. All 3 criteria must be met to file a claim. Please notify us immediately at 1-800-419-9324 referencing order number and item(s).

Standard Return Policy

Customers are free to return any unused and undamaged item up to 30 days after the receipt of order. FCI will charge a 15% restocking fee, minus the original freight cost, for all returned merchandise received in re-sellable condition. FCI will not accept a return with shipping damage. FCI does not reimburse shipping and handling charges. FCI will issue a refund credit/check once the item is received in re-sellable condition. Special use or custom items may not be eligible for re-sale and thus may not qualify for refund. Contact FCI at 1-800-419-9324.

All prices displayed on this website and/or quoted outside of this website are subject to change without notice. This includes prices displayed at order checkout and order confirmation. Prices are typically valid for 30 days or as volume/market fluctuations dictate.
